| No one can use portals other than trained members and myself, the only way you can learn to use a portal, is by getting one of them to teach you for at least 40 posts in a roleplay, the posts must be actually training, not simply talking.

| From now on anyone who has reached or pass the amount of 500 posts will be able to portal, however that means if you know how to portal and you are under 500 posts you will once again have to wait to portal. |
