History: I learned this skill a long time ago but never knew how to use it right i never was about to complete the attacks.I would always miss or hurt myself in the process."Damn,Why Cant i do it right".So then one Day i Added some of my powers into it and it helpedme control my speed and movement more focusing on my Completion of the skill.

Weirdest history I have seen but make the damage a bit weaker.
