Kingdom Hearts...The answer to my existence (open topic)

Daimos sits in his throne, the Bane of Thanatos planted in the ground to his left and his fingers drumming thoughtfully on the armrest. He casts an inspecting glance around the room, looking first at the royal guards then at the rest of the room. It wasn't a bad aquisition, considering how he had come about it. Through an odd twist of fate (and perhaps intervention from a higher power) he had acquired the entirety of this land and all within it. Though he still doesn't know what ventures will come of this strange inheritance, he only knows that he still must find the answers to his existence in this world. He closes his eyes and sits in deep thought. Suddenly, a messenger bursts into the throne room, jarring Daimos from his thoughts. He looks at the messenger with smoldering red eyes. "What reason do you have for entering my throne room unannounced?" he demands. The messenger nervously takes a knee and bows his head. "M-my lord, there have been reports of Heartless and Nobodies gathering on the eastern border! What action do u suggest we take?" he asks. Daimos sits in thought then looks to the royal guards. "Maldor, send some of your troops to scout this report. Return any findings to me immediately." he orders. One of the guards nods then they both leave the throne room. Daimos then turns his attention back to the messenger. "You seem to have traveled a long way...please, replenish yourself in the hot springs. Take as much time as you may need, you have earned it." Daimos nods at him then snaps his fingers. Three chambermaids enter the throne room and bow. "Escort this man to the springs, provide him with anything he asks for...within reason, of course." He orders. The maids nod humbly then gesture for the messenger to follow them. The messenger stands and bows deeply several times. "Thank you, milord! It is an honor to serve under you!" he says gratefully then follows the maids out of the throne room. Daimos leans back in his chair and places a hand on the hilt of his sword. "So...it has come to this then...if need be then I will enter the fray myself...but first let us see what news this scouting brings..." he thinks out loud.

Leon runs through the throne room door. "S-Sorry to bother you Daimos but...you might wanna take cover or help me...whatever which way an army of Heartless and Nobodies are headed here!!!"
Leon warned Daimos. "We have to evacuate the palace!!"

OOC: I will be gone for about a half hour in about 10 minutes so...

Daimos looks at Leon thoughtfully then picks up his sword and stands up. He places it in its holster at his side then unsheathes it. "So they made it past my guards...very well, it seems that the Bane of Thanatos will get its fill of souls today." He says as he steps down from his throne. The sword took its keyblade form then he rested it on his shoulder and stood in wait.

Leon drew his gunblade. "They are here Daimos!! Lets go!!!" Leon swings his gunblade back and forth while taking blows from the Heartless and Nobodies, but yet he wouldn't give up. "I won't.....give up..." Leon started to fall to the ground when he pulled out a cure cared and used it. "That's better!" he yelled relieved. he started to attack faster and harder. "I'm getting kinda tired...but I won't give up!!" He uses Renzokuken and destroys a large section of the army. "...can't go........................on..............." Leon passed out on the ground.

Becky's Gummi Ship, Quite high in the air But can be seen in the air'.. watches the fight going on down below. "What is going on down there..?" She says as she looks out the window Staying Where she is in the air. She looks down to see lots more heartless and nobodys Comeing.. "Hmm.. I wonder if there is a war going on.." She soon Gets bored, And Flies away In her gummi ship,

I'm back

Daimos looks over at Leon calmly then back at the Heartless and Nobodies that had surrounded him. He grins smartly. "You've made a BIG mistake coming here...Now I will show you what your ignorance has gotten you!" He holds his keyblade above his head. A sphere of dark energy forms at the tip of the keyblade. It expands outward into a dome that engulfs all of the enemies. "Dusk Strike!" his voice echoes from within the dome. There are several flashes from within the dome. The dome explodes and smoke billows outward, filling the throne room. The smoke clears and reveals the enemies standing motionless. They suddenly slide apart at various angles then burst into clouds of dark mist. Daimos rests his keyblade on his shoulder and grins. The palace suddenly shakes. The throne room doors are smashed inward by a large dark fist. "So...the big ones have come to play too...very well, they will fall to the Bane of Thanatos as well." He says as he walks towards the throne room doors. He enters the antechamber and sees the Darkside standing in wait. It bellows then sends a large fist flying at him. Daimos shifts his stance and holds up his free hand. He catches the fist, causing himself to be pushed back slightly but with great force. Dust and wind from the impact billow outward. Daimos looks up at the Darkside and grins. He vaults on top of the Darkside's hand, sending it slamming to the ground. Daimos turns into a dark mist and merges into the Darkside's arm. It reels back as slashes burst open all over its body. Daimos re-emerges from the Darkside's neck with his sword held above his head. He thrusts his sword into the Darkside's head, causing it to bellow in pain. It falls to its knees then collapses forward dead. Daimos dislodges his sword from the Darkside's head, causing it to immediately melt away in a cloud of dark mist. He looks up and sees the gummi ship fly away. "I'll be seeing you soon enough, Becky..." He grins then walks back into the throne room.

Leon wakes up and looks at Daimos. "Daimos.......is...it over......?"

Daimos nods and resheathes sword. "Yes, I made sure that they regretted ever stepping foot into my palace...it seems however, that you have exhausted yourself. Let us get you to the springs, there you may rest and gather your strength." he says then looks up at the sky again.

"What did you see? In the air I mean." Leon asked while getting up.

"The girl...the one who is friends with the demon...she was here...I WILL find out what you know..." Daimos says distantly.

"Well...I think...*gasp* Daimos behind YOU!!!!" Leon looked behind Daimos, speechless.

Daimos looks over his shoulder then turns around fully. A large army of Heartless and Nobodies are approaching the palace. "So, they war, do they? So be it then...but I think we will need help from several others...strong as my dark powers may be, I fear this will be much more than we alone can handle." Daimos says with a tone of doubt in his voice.

"...I don't think even my Demonic Form can help.............." Leon said worried. "This...might be it for the palace..."

"Not just yet, perhaps if we find help, we may be able to fight them off long enough to build up the palace's defence...We have to find Zexion...Zell...and King Mickey....anyone who is willing to help...I may even be able to pursuade the demon boy to help...though I will first have to find Becky...he seems to listen to her..." Daimos thought out loud.

"You work on getting the people...I'll work on the army...I can't let you do this while I gather people, I'm not the Leader of a World yet...go find people!" Leon said as he was jumping at the Heartless. "HYAAAAAAAA" Leon transformed into his Demonic Form.

"GO!! I'll hold them off."

Daimos hesitates then nods and vanishes into the shadows. "I will return with help, hold fast my friend!" Daimos' voice echoes then fades.

Demon Leon starts to destroy the Army one-by-one. "The shadows are easy...I'm worried about the Twilight Thorns...one or two would be ok...but...hundreds???" Demon Leon kept attacking left and right. He flew and dodged hundreds of attacks. "...there is no way..." Demon Leon calms and goes back to normal Leon. "I think...It's over..."

"Sure why not, I'll help." Zexion walking up behind the two listening in ever since his name was said. "I can hold up with Cloud for now." His lexicon started to float and it turned to a page with a being of light on it. The book shattered and the entity of light was free from its pages, he fused himself in Zexion changing his robes from blake to white. ((like in the final boss battle in Kingdom hearts II)) He held his hands out and two swords that seemed like they were crafted by light formed into them both. he held the swords up and took no hesitation on forming the first attack. A ball appeared and he launched it at the creatures.

Suddenly, the Oblivion Drake slams down in the middle of the army. It lets out a loud roar then proceeds to tear through the army. "GRIM WAVE!" Someone yells. A barrage of dark energy blasts explodes throughout the army. Daimos lands amidst the army and begins to slash through its ranks. Dark energy pools at his feet then expands outward. It surges up into a dome. "Dusk Strike!" his voice echoes from within the dome. There was several slashes within the dome. It explodes and Daimos darts into the air. "GRIM WAVE!" Daimos yells again and launches another volley of dark blasts at the army. Daimos bursts into a cloud of dark mist then reappears next to Leon and Zexion. "I have done all I could to get more people here...the only thing we can do is fight...and wait." Daimos says.

"well then...let's try together you two." Leon said while turning into Demon Form. Leon jumped and attacked more and more nobodies and heartless. "These things...are like ants, always more comming out!!"
