Effect:
Close Range:Kilam's hands catch on fire and he quickly smashes his fists into the enemy. Undodgable.
Normal: Two fireballs appear in Kilam's hand, he then throws one, then the second one is thrown up in the air, which smashes down on the enemy.
Counter: When countering a long range attack, he will throw the fireball at it, which would takr 5 damage from the enemy's attack and the impact would be absorbed into the second one.
Damage: CS: 30HP N: 20HP Counter: 40HP

History: While Kilam was being attacked by Bes before he was tamed. Kilam was constantly having to use his Laser Shots again and again. When he got extremely tired his clothes became black and red. He threw the fireballs at Bes, which caused him to become tamed.

You can only counteract an attack to a certain existent. You can use your counteracting spell as to absorb a certain amount of damage then deal your 40 to the person and the rest of the attack that wasn't blocked off hits you
