Effect: Terra's hand glows and wind gethers around his palm. He can then make a whirlwind, wind energy orb, or ray of wind.

Damage: 50 hp, 10 mp, stun for 1 post (terra's post)

History:Terra developed this move training in the castle in Hollow Bastion battleing countless heartless. He used it on heartless that were affar and being pests. Terra also thought that this move can be used to impower keyblades but this power was proved to be false by keyblade masters. This law does not apply to the following: Ven, Sora, Riku, Chase, and Terra.

I may not be an admin(or mod, or lower admin, or anything higher than weakling) but I think that even with the requirements and things that it is a bit too powerful since as soon as a battle starts you can use that and easily kill anyone your level or below with a couple hits afterwards.
