Requirements: A Hell Spear(LV1, 2, or 3... Which is goin to be made after this)

Effect: Kilam spins his Hell Spear around and blasts a jet of fire out of the tip of it, blasting the enemy backwards and burning it. Burns the enemy for a short amount of time. 5 per turn.

Damage: 60

History: This was a move that Kilam learned when he was much younger. The only problem was that when he tried it, it took too much power and nearly killed him. But later when he found Shuurai he was able to use this without even being tired..... He still hasn't mastered it but it is the best attack he has. When he masters this skill, it will become the most useful skill he'll have.

Is there anyway you can lay this out for me so that I know what I am approving before I approve it.

Offense- 60HP damage

Defense- 50HP damage

Enemy attack-50= amount of damage I take or they take

Positive answer- Deals that amount of damage to me

Negative answer- They take that much damage.

Example

Fire- 20
Flamethrower- 50
(20-50)
Enemy gets 30 damage

Fira- 50
Flamethrower- 50
(50-50)
No one is dealt damage

Firaga- 70
Flamethrower- 50
(70-50)
I get 20 damage

Non counter

Enemy: 60 HP
Me: 70HP

I use Flamethrower

Enemy: 0HP

Couldn't you just make a fire basic skill? By the look of this I say its too strong to just be 10 or 30 mana

How about if I make it 40 or 20 mana?

well I still don't understand how you would use this skill so i still want you to make it more to a basic level. That or fight me using that skill so I can understand. I will give you 1000 mana for the battle so you can use everything you can with it. o0;
