Ability/Function: It allows Road to create fogs around him. So the enemy can't see him. But he could also wack at his enemies. xD
Close/long range: It's more like both.

History: Road's Weapon. It was one of the only ways to defend himself. Sometimes he just hides it. But when in danger he takes it out and starts to attack. He noticed in of the pictures that it said that the Staff of Clouds can tear Darkness appart. Until now he hides it somewhere around him. Nobody saw it. But only when harming Road. | |
