Magic Cost: 20

Effects: If something raises an attack by anything higher than 35, the attack is lowered by 20.
If an attack is lowered by 35 or higher, the attack is raised by 35.

History: Right before Kilam learned how to use Heartless and Nobodies, he went to visit Shuurai. Shuurai was very weak, and told him to get a new summon..... Something that Kilam had no idea how to do. When he asked about it, Shuurai said he would eventually find one. He gave him a few jewels with this enchantment in it. Kilam asked about the jewels and their meaning but all Shuurai told him is to attach them to whatever weapon or piece of armor he needed it on and it would help with his search for a new summon. Confused, Kilam left and decided to test it out, something he hasn't done yet.
