Roxas learned this move while fightning heartless in the Station of Awkaning. He was constantly combating heartless intill Darkside appeared. He was nearly defeated..but one by a slim margin. After combating Darkside Twilight Thorn came creeping in Roxas had to utilize his keyblades to extend to a faar off distance thus the Keyblade Wind was created
