Ability/Function: It, quite literary, tears away at opponents. It can also be used to scale walls.

History: During his travels with the mage, Astar was attacked by a couple of heartless. Because his training was far from complete, his battle skills were lacking. After a few minutes of fighting, one of the flying heartless swooped in and took his training claw. After taking flight again, the heartless broke in in little pieces. If it weren't for his teacher, Astar's life would have ended there. His teacher defeated the heartless with little trouble. At the camp, later that night, Astar's determanation to get stronger, convinced the mage to take him to a small planet. On that planet, Astar was given the task of acquiring a certain type of steel. It could only be found in a long abandoned mine shaft. To get the steel, Astar would have to be quick on his feet.
He finally managed to get it and he brought it to his teacher. The mage then forged the steel into a new claw and tampered it with dark magic.
Astar decided to call it YamiTsume, meaning Shadow Claw.
