Organazation Cloak

Name: Organization Cloak

Enchanted: Enchanted with the wind element, same as it's wearer. It also never makes a sound when Xaldin moves.

Protection: Even though it is light, it turns away about as many attacks as a piece of heavy plate would. Currently 20% of physical and 10% of magical damage is deflected.

History: It was given to Xaldin when he joined the organization, or rather it was found on his bed the following day. Surprisingly it fit him perfectly, and
seemed to flow around his legs, and despite it's length has never gotten in his way.

Give at least a percentage for the amount of damage deflected, and maybe 2 or three more lines for history. (I know it's not much you can say about the cloak, but I'm telling you before Haydies or Zexion do, and they're alot stricter than me )
