Requirements: The removal of Relix's madalian.

Effect: Relix must remove his madalian hold it over his head and places his madalian around his keyblade. Once this is done the keyblade will shoot winds of cold air that turn into ice upon contact.

History: Once Relix arrived in Traverse Town after Destiny Islands was destroyed, he became a citizen and lived there for a year. Relix trains in the back of his little house from time to time. Heartless often attacked his part of Traverse so it was his duty to get rid of them. Once a great big heartless attacked the town and Relix destroyed it. As a reward a mysterious figure, wrapped in bandages gave Relix the madalian. The figure told Relix he learn how to use it in time.
