Zexions training with Daimos (closed)

"Okay, be happy now. You can learn your stupid portals, in only 1000 easy steps, steps one though 990 is try to channel your energy in your hands."

"Sounds easy enough..." He tries to gather energy together in his hands. He gets enough gathered, but it explodes in his hands. Daimos coughs while waving away the smoke. "Damn it...."

"Maybe you think its easy. But its actually harder. I need to sample it, you have to have the right energy or the portal will wast to much of your energy of it might not work at all."

OOC: if you want you can do what ever you want at your pace or we can set it up so each of the lesson take ten posts, this will be post three

OOC: we can do the 10 post thing.

Daimos nods then tries again. He exhales slowly then begins to gather energy between his hands. It forms into a small sphere. He brings his hands apart slowly and it expands. It forms into a small vortex. It stays there briefly then again explodes.

"Again, good try. You have the right energy and everything, but at the end you rush it. By that I mean you want it to be done fast so you put more power into it, causing to to bust under pressure. Try again, slowly."

OOC: post 5

He breathes slowly then tries again. He gathers the energy between his hands. He brings his hands apart and forms the vortex again. It hovers briefly then slowly fades.

"Well dont just give up. Put the same energy in and never leave that level. You can stray from it by 10 below and 7 above. It should stay equivalent like that."

OOC: post 7

Daimos nods again then breathes slowly. He again forms the sphere of energy between his hands and brings them apart. He generates another small shadowy vortex. This time, it doesn't fade or explode. He slowly reaches his hand into the vortex. His hand simply goes through to the other side. He pulls his hand back slowly then tries to reach through it again. This time his hand disappears into the vortex. He pulls his hand back then opens and closes it a few times. The vortex shrinks then disappears.

"yeah, that is just energy right there. There is nothing special about it other then it might eat your hand." Zexion said laughing. "Make another one and try to see if it will create with less energy.

OOC: Post 9

Daimos tries one final time. He gathers energy again, this time it forms into a larger vortex. He flashes and stays there. He steps towards it and walks into it. It closes behind him. A few feet away, Daimos emerges from another portal and falls flat on his face. He gets up rubbing his nose.

"Yeah, lets try fully connecting the portals. Okay for starters we are just going to make two portals. Make one portal in front of you and one to my left. Focus on just making them."

OOC: Post 11

He points one hand in front of him and the other towards Zexion. Dark energy begins to gather around his hand and near Zexion. The energy expands into two portals. "Okay, now what?"

"Hmm, make them bigger, so that you will pass through them. but just make them bigger, dont try and connect them."

OOC: make this part last about 8 post 10 if you can. then next will be trying to connect the portals.
Post 13

Daimos nods then holds his hands up towards the portals. He spreads his fingers and the portals get big enough for him to walk through.

"Good, but it looks like you are using more energy then needed. try lowering your power level by 10 notches and hold it, if you can."

OOC: post 15

He nods and exhales slowly. The portals steady out and become more even.

"Vary good, you can at least make the portals it looks like. Try to connect them. With an invisible wire."

OOC: post 17

He starts to concentrate a little more. The two portals flash. He steps towards the one in front of him. He reaches to put a hand in but it stops as if hitting a solid surface.

"yeah..." Zexion takes out a ball and tosses it into the air. "So you don't have to lose your hand, we will be using this ball to test the portals."

OOC: post 19

Daimos nods and points his hand upward. The portal turns up and hovers below the ball. The ball falls into the portal and it flashes. The ball immediately emerges from the portal near him. He ducks out of the way as it shoots from the portal and embeds in the wall.

"Yeah, less speed. make the thread span wider. In your mind. That way it wont shoot out because it had to fit in such small spaces."

OOC: I will control the holly tennis ball because this has to last 40 posts.. which means I can semi control what goes on.

Daimos nods then closes his eyes and starts to concentrate. The portals get bigger but retain their stability.

"ready?" Zexion saw Daimos nod his head. e dropped the ball into the portal and it shot back out the same way. "now what do you expect to do with a portal that brings you right back where you were." Zexion joked as he watched the ball go in the shoot back out. He caught the ball and continued to laugh.

Daimos scratches his head embarrassed. He holds his hand up towards the portal and places his hand directly against it. His hand flashes then the portal wavers slightly then regains its stability.

"As far as you audience know, this is attempt number two." Zexion laughed a bit more and dropped the ball. "Huh..." They waited about 5 more seconds but the ball was never seen again. "Good thing i had the ball." He said taking out one more.

OOC: if you dont get it I am basically saying it has taken you a long time to try and get this to work.
