A Possible New Beginning

Sora places a hand on Kairi's cheek and leans closer, breathing on her lips "do you mean it?"

Sora scans Kairi's eyes for a second before leaning in and kissing her softly.

She kisses him back, turning to face him fully while raising her arms so they fall gently on his shoulders and loosely around his neck.

Sora wraps his arms around Kairi and pulls her on top of him as he lays back in the sand, gazing up at her.

Kairi pulls away slightly and looks down at him. "Sora? Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Because I'm madly in love with the most beautiful person in all the galaxy" Sora brushes his lips against Kairi's and smiles.

"Wow...You are so amazingly sweet Sora." She snuggles up close to him. "I love you"

Sora kisses Kairi's cheek as he holds her close "I love you too"

Kairi smiles and rests her head lovingly on Sora's chest.

Sora runs his fingers through Kairi's hair as he listens to the ocean waves crashing against the beach.

She sighs happily and closes her eyes, drifting off into a light, love-filled sleep.

Sora falls asleep with Kairi in his arms

A FEW HOURS LATER

Sora wakes up and slowly leans in and kisses Kairi on the lips before whispering in her ear "Wake up darling, I think we should get out of the sand, looks like a storm's coming..." Sora looks out at the ocean, watching the clouds build up and the waves get higher.

Kairi yawns and sits up slowly. "Huh? Wha happened??"

"we fell asleep and now a storms coming, I suggest we get inside where it's nice and warm" Sora kisses Kairi again before standing up and taking her hand, helping her to her feet.

"Oh! Let's go then!" She holds his hand tightly and begins to run in the opposite direction of the ocean with him.

Sora pulls her hand back "Your house is right here, lets go inside."

She stops and giggles. "Oh right, my house. ^.^"

Sora opens the door and walks in with Kairi, laying down on the couch. "I won't intrude in your bedspace, Kairi. I can sleep right here."

"Don't be silly! I have an extra room upstairs!" She smiles at him. "Come on!"

Sora smiles "You have an extra room? That's not what I expected, but okay it'll be better then the couch" Sora stands up and follows Kairi.

She giggles. "Yep! Its right next to my room too." They walk up the stairs. As they reach the top, Kairi walks forward a bit then opens a door on her right.

Sora walks into the guest room and smiles "wow, i haven't slept in a room like this, since.. who knows when, I've been staying in the secret place, guarding the door against the stray heartless... i wonder if it's okay, I left that silver-robed kid and his older sister there, they only have swords though..."
